In addition to Steven's answer, the MS Process Monitor utility will show you
every file that was opened by a specific process.
So, you could start the Process Monitor and filter it to your Paradox session.
Then, run a report or screen, and see every file it opens, including tables,
indexes, QBEs, etc.
This might give you a good starting point to track this down.
