your original error does not appear to be a "common" error to me, either..
p9, p10 and p11 are all essentially the same thing, and all should run fine
on Win10
yes, we're all starting to see strange, random errors these days, but your
problem appears to be way beyond that
if you google msvcrt.dll, you'll get a lot of troubleshooting info.. on my
machine, it's in the system32 folder

I got the info from Priestwood. They don't do one time service or tech
support, only contracts. The minimum contract that I can do is 6 months
at $224.25/mo. I think my problem is pretty simple for someone who knows
what they are doing and I don't mind paying $200-300, but I just can't
see clear to spend $1345.50 for something they can probably fix in 15
minutes.
I found a disk here for Wordperfect x3 that has the version 11 on it.
That version seems to be able to print on the new computer. It crashes
frequently on my personal workstation, but we will see how it works on
the new one. At least it can print reports.
