export to xls is limited to 16384 records.. paradox is internally linked 
to excel 97, that can't be changed

export to csv should be fine, regardless of number of records.. be sure 
the table or an index isn't damaged (table repair tool).. confirm your 
separator types.. default should be commas and quotes
