    If you can find your installer and if you you are in the mood, in 
addition to my pray to make the thousandseparator changeable,
 maybe you look at the BDE-Help, on "withoutSQL" version, where there are 
some problems, see:
BDE cofiguration topics\BDE cofiguration settings\System settings\System 
INIT settings

    In "withSQL" the Help is working ((which is why I used this version, 
without the SQL options from inside, because the direct
change of BDEADMIN.HLP file doesn't works)
