I've used this on W2008 R2 server (64 bit) and it works fine. I have the 
BDE directory outside program files, in a dedicated Applications folder. 
Just one thing I've discovered ...

I install Paradox10 Runtime, and the BDE is installed in Program 
Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE. Then I use your installer to do 
its magic and the BDE is all patched and set up and resides in 
Applications\Common Files\BDE. The program files\ etc folder is empty so 
I delete it. So far so good, and runtime runs without problem.

Then I install Paradox 10 and, lo and behold, the BDE is back in Program 
Files. What the? I use your installer to move it again and it seems to 
work. Then I start runtime ... GPV. Start Paradox10 ... GPV. Look in 
explorer, the BDE is in Program Files AND where it should be after the 
move. So I uninstall P10, P10 runtime and the BDE, go to the registry 
and get rid of all Corel and Borland entries and reinstall runtime and 
move the BDE. All OK again.

So it looks like Paradox10 full does not behave itself and installs the 
BDE where IT thinks it should be, even if it's already installed. And 
your installer doesn't seem to move (merge?) the BDE if it's in 2 places.

I'm now going to uninstall everything again, and install Runtime, the 
P10 full, and THEN do the BDE Installer thing and see if that resolves 
the problem. My guess is it will as there's only one BDE.
