Some problems introduced in original release of P11, and partly fixed in
P11 service packs were introduced in P10 SP4 which was released after
P11.
*Access violation problems when opening a form a second time. FIXED BUG
PX0713
*Table Repair problem, which I could fix in P11 by using the TUWWR32.DLL
from P10. OPEN BUG PX0726.
