I've had issues with HP printers using strange paper sizes, if that helps.
They have an "L" paper size, which gets used instead of "Letter", and it
is the size of an index card, more or less.
So, the simple solution is to delete 2 Registry keys. These are from Windows
7, where 'HP Officejet 6600' is the printer name:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\COREL\PerfectPrint\Paper
Sizes\1(8)\HP Officejet 6600\L
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\COREL\PerfectPrint\Paper
Sizes\1(8)\HP Officejet 6600\L Landscape
Note that this is the first key from Windows 8:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\COREL\PerfectPrint\Paper
Sizes\1(8)\HP Officejet 6600\L
