I recall the "elevated permissions" discussion recently.. I think Leslie was
involved.. it doesn't come up in a search?
I've been loading 9, 10, and 11 on 64-bit machines without having to do any
of that stuff..

New computer setup, win 7, 64 bit. Installed pdox & bde, both outside
of program files directory.
If I turn on compatibility mode for the shortcut it asks for elevated
admin permission. Does not ask if no compatibility mode.
Any ideas?
