The special user (which is just another user I want to use to run when not
logged into PC) has same rights as all others.
When run interactively (PC logged in to that user) Paradox runs using the
NET file on the network. That ID has access to everything. If I run logged
in as that ID and interactively or by scheduler it does not create a C:\
file, it uses the network NET file only IF logged in.


It seems running a job under that user when that user is not logged in works,
but makes the C: file. It must be as you said, the NET location is not accessible
and it drops to C:
