fsl, undelivered form, must compile itself every time it opens.. the
undelivered lib must be there, too
any time I make changes to a lib, even if I can save and run the associated
changes in forms.. I close everything, open / compile / save the lib, then
run everything again.. just to be sure :-)

That is the part I do not understand.
The form worked on my system, where the lsl was available. I then moved
that form to my customer's system and it would not work which I find
strange because it already has the library's code/symbols etc., from
when it was on my system.
