The customer and his "support" guy are 2000 miles away and I don't have
remote access. He got this message when trying to install P10 Runtime
(SP2) which was the first runtime for P10 issued, I recall. I've emailed
the guy as to what version of Windows10? but it's the weekend and I
won't know until Monday.
"this app can't run on your pc, to find a version for your PC, check
with your software publisher"
Anyone have any ideas how to solve this?
