could be another problem exposing itself, due to SMB2.. by default, oplocks
and caching are *ON*
I'm starting to think that most of the weird stuff getting documented lately
is related to this.. this is a MAJOR underlying change to Windows.. as
networks get upgraded to fewer old win7 machines and more win10 machines, it
makes the problem worse

my assumption: Terminal-Server to File-Server has not enough number of
file open, or something like Caching Data between them,
strange is that 2 Years all was OK, and Win-Update change something,
or someone has done something, he do not understand the scope.
