The March Win10 cumulative updates caused GPV and Blue screen of death
with some printers. It is a Windows problem. The answer is to uninstall
or roll-back the March updates (your customer does do drive backups
before installing updates, right?) or to wait until Microsoft releases
another update to fix the problem.
Or it could just be printer names too long.
