as the others have indicated, no real reason to change from 9 or 10 
unless you're having an environmental issue.. 11 is just 10 with the SPs 
applied.. it has never changed, it never will change

and you can easily google the old windows help file engine, so the 
paradox help (or any old help) will work on win10
