I think, somebody ask some time ago, how to include exe-files into the P9 
distribution created with PDE.
If it's not solved by now - I’ve made it the following way.

e.g. you have a file myFile.exe, which you want to use within PDE:
1) create with notepad a text-file (contains e.g. 1 char).
2) save it as myFile.txt and then rename it to myFile.exe
3) instead of the real myFile.exe include the ‘fake-exe with 1 char’ with 
the same name to create your installation-files with PDE (such exe should be 
accepted)
4) when it’s finished, look within the created installation for the 
directory which contains your files. Then replace the fake-myFile.exe-file 
with the real myFile.exe

Finished.

I’ve made a lot of such distribution and it works.
