Latest win 10 and 11 updates are causing issues adding new domain
members in Samba. The fix is to update to latest and greatest Samba 4.16.x

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linux-schools/samba-latest
BUT this is causing all kinds of Paradox network issues for me. Lock
files are getting all messed up. Not having any corruption issues.
I'm sure it's a new setting or something but as of yet I'm not sure what
is going on.
