As Leslie mentioned are you running paradox under elevated permissions,
as admin or another user?
So I assume you see no drives when you try to open a form or some
paradox type from within paradox? If so you most likely are running
some sort of elevated permissions. There are ways around this. I can't
recall now what but it involves changing some settings in Windows to
allow the elevated user to see the drives mapped by another user. -- or
maybe it is a way to make mapped drives from the make the elevated users
mapped drive persistent... can't recall. I found the solution searching
the web.
Also if you use UNC paths this isn't an issue. \\Myhost\\somepath
instead of mapped drives.
