Larry, you are correct.. we're working on that now.. turns out the only java 
part is a date validation routine, and that routine was in the wrong place, 
was only getting fired off occasionally, and seemingly still works

the real problem is Win10 and Outlook, evidently.. the sending machine was 
Win7, it had no issues.. but receiving machines on Win10 started refusing to 
process the "submit" button.. then the sending machine upgraded to Win10, 
and it began sending the attached "invoice.html" as "attachment.dat"

suddenly it's a crisis, and I'm having to understand and help fix it.. like 
I don't already have enough to do already :-)

This makes no sense.  What "java bit" are they refusing to accept?

It's more likely that there is a problem with their relay process that makes
the result look like spam.  In which case they may wind up replicating this
same problem when they replace.
