32-bit apps, with 16-bit shells, that were created in a different era, have
to go sometime.. MAPI interface has to go sometime.. from our perspective,
disposing of Win10 will get us to a dead-end quicker than creating Win11

I'm also guessing SMB1 (NetBIOS) will be turned off permanently and that
networking will undergo changes to make it more secure. Unsigned
applications that haven't implemented memory security will be told to
shove-off. For example, any program that leaks memory is insecure. Any
program that fails to dispose of memory securely is insecure.
