Looks like it was last updated in 2004 sometime. Even with all the downloads (zip files), it's
only 17MB. :) Ah, the good old days. :D I could zip it and make it a download on ParadoxCommunity.com,
if someone else wants a copy. IMO, it's awfully outdated, but anyone who knows how to navigate
a file system should be able to figure it out pretty quickly.
