totally untested, cuz I'm funny that way, but..
x0* files are 3.x sec indexes.. no custom naming, no multi-field, no Z to A
sort
if you upgrade a 3.x table to a higher level, the old indexes remain, but
with the same limitations
if you delete or upgrade those x0* indexes, the replacements will be xg*
I see tables in apps that I'm supporting right now, that still have active
x0* sec indexes
and oh by the way.. I have a couple of tables in the same apps, with 30 sec
indexes.. used up the xg*, almost used up the xh*, must be time to add three
more sec indexes, as a test, to see if xi* works :-)
I only use the normal american ansi ascii sort.. your mileage may vary.. and
do you want to know how annoying it is, to take a list of files with
mixed-cased first-letters, and see the sort order in pdoxdos, pdoxwin, and
windows, all be different? (sigh)
