yes, of course it matters to the parser.. my point was, if you have a string
that cannot be interpreted as anything other than a string, putting quotes
around it has no bearing on the outcome
.."this is a string".. and ..this is a string.. are the same
.."this_is_a_string".. and ..this_is_a_string.. are NOT the same, cuz
without the quotes it thinks the underscores are example elements
