I am the head of the IT department for Value Line.  

We have numerous Paradox 4.5 DOS scripts that are being rewritten into SQLServer
based applications.  The process is slow and we are in need of additional
Paradox 4.5 DOS programmers who can read / trace through the existing logic
and document it in a form that the development team can use for the basis
of the rewritten applications.   

All work would be performed remotely.
