Maybe try vDos or DOSBOX.

DOSBOX is a DOS emulator that gamers use to run DOS games in modern windows.

As Steve said it is tough to get it to work. I hung onto ALL versions of
PDOX until about five years ago... I have not been asked to support or consult
on PDOXDOS in over 15 years.

But I bet someone is running a PDOXDOS system somewhere.
