...and I've had no problems running PDox 4.5 under MS/PC-Dos or Win-XP, 
under VBox, on Win10 64-bit. Even on oldish hardware...

I think it's tedious to configure the MS/PC-DOS environments for good 
performance, and I think the XP setup has better I-O buffering, etc.

I expect the same configs would run just fine under Win-11, 32-bit or 
64-bit.
