If your apps are creating/updating the DBF files, then these apps should
also be able to convert the DBF content to CSV?
Or, you should be able to get various apps - hopefully free! - which
convert from DBF to CSV?
Or, if you write code, or if you have access to programmers, the DBF
structures are well known, and it should be easy to write a program to
do the conversion to CSV?
