Same here... Pdox 9 and Pdox9 runtime and BDE working fine with Win 11.  

I wanted to make Pdox7 work on Win 11 too because I do not like the new DATA
MODEL presentation in paradox forms in Pdox 9.
Pdox 7 is installing without any error but when I click the Pdox7 icon to
run Pdox7... the Pdox7 does not run... it shows the Pdox7 logo for a few
milliseconds then nothing happens.
