further research on the MS help site.. seems Outlook build 16.0.8067.2115
fixes it.. why those three have the bad one before it, and nobody else does,
is a mystery..

any obvious commonality between the three? it can't be a Win Update, or it
would be widespread.. must be a specific other program that only they use,
or something from their email

wow.. me, too.. 17 users, p10, a mix of 7, 8, and 10.. one Win10 user
started getting this on the 4th

their IT guy decided that her machine must have multiple Outlook profiles,
and was gonna blow it away and reload just one.. haven't checked back with
them today.. now I will :-)

OK, here are a few details. Both of these issues have shown up since
5/12 (the first time someone emailed me about this - I don't know if
they lived with it for a while first).

Several clients get this message when trying to send a second email from
Pdox RT: "MAPI: The operation was not supported by the underlying
messaging system".

One client gets this message when trying to send the second email: “PFW
– Runtime Destop has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the
program and notify you – if a solution is available.”

I haven't had a chance to look at the Event Logs on these computers.

Thanks,
Jim Moseley
