Hi Linda
I've experienced this with a couple of users recently but it seems to
settle down after a couple of re-boots, it's to do with all the recent
W10 updates & possibly the Intel update for Spectre, which has caused a
lot of problems. MS have now released an unscheduled update (KB4078130)
to remove the Intel patch but it's not an automatic update.
Here's what they say "Only available as a manual update as not all
machines are suffering the problems of unexpected restarts or losing data"
All very confusing...!
