Hi
I posted about this issue (Jan 26 2018 post)

the File print menu same error "Lcappprint initialize failed". More odd because if they print
a report containing just text it prints fine. Any reports with data fail.

not installing in Admin, not the case in this install.
It appeared to be related to permissions on install. However I have a
client machine which has been printing fine until yesterday when the
same "Lccapptint" error appeared. Reinstalling runtime 10 has not, on
this occassion, cleared the fault.
But
this time it prints with no problem from an opal script.
My first thought was perhaps yet more interference from a Windows 10
update but on checking the computer in question has not had an update in
the past month.
I am baffled !!
