I know that.
I have working library (LSL), which is developed and saved in paradox 7.
This library works also with paradox 9 and runtime 9.

But if I open and save (only save, nothing is changed) this
same library with paradox 9, it can not be opened in runtime 7.
(I have lib.open(":ALIAS:libr") in form).
It still works with paradox 7.

But this does not apply to all libraries.
Some libraries I CAN save in paradox 9 and they still work in runtime 7.
(by work I mean I can open them with lib.open("..") )
