I've never seen if barf when the file wasn't there.. the default 
recommendation to delete the file goes all the way back to suite 12

I didn't do anything in the registry. I'm guessing on startup Windows
calls the file and nothing happens. Pdx seems to be happy just knowing a
file by that name exists.

As far as registry editing goes you gotta get this thing, wow!
