I was having really weird memory issues is why I switched and P11 seemed 
to work better.  Not a lot of huge benefits but:
It does seem more stable with my app.
The install for just Paradox is cleaner and faster.
It does seem to run a smidge faster but not enough to matter.

I tried P10 and it acted more like 9 although I'm not sure I had all the 
service packs installed.  P11 seems much better than P10.

If I wasn't having issues I would have never even looked and moving, 
there are not huge benefits.
