Thanks for the code!  I've had issues on some systems with the 
printerSetCurrent hanging and as a result I don't use it anymore.  I 
created an AutoHotKey the simulates the user pressing CTRL-P and then 
selecting the printer I need to use (currently I use Doro PDF Printer).

I tested the code and it works great!  Given these results I could 
switch from using the Doro PDF Printer to using the Microsoft Print to 
PDF.  This is huge for me!
