I use P9 on different WinVersions and check it with 
SysInfo["WindowsVersion"].

Now i see (on Win 10):
    P9    gets V 6.2
    P9 Runtime on the same PC    V 6.1

Therefore I get different behaviour, which does not depend on WinVersion, 
but on P9 or P9R.

Anyone know, why this is happening?

Is it a bug and how can I fix it?
