OK, but P9 and P9R should "round" the same way ...

Hmmmm
Win 8 is V 6.2
Win 8.1 is V 6.3
and
Win 10 is V 6.2
Is Win 10 a downgrade?

I hope, there is one common entry for all WinVersions - at least since Win
XP. Otherwise I have the same problem - how to find out on different
WinVersion the right WinVersion if this depends on the WinVersion.
OK, I've looked for a registry solution.
On Win 10 there is a ReleaseID value 2009
Now I have running 2 other PCs. On Win Vista and Win 7 is no ReleaseID
But
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
contains a value CurrentVersion
On Win10 the Value is 6.3 (the next value)
On Vista is 6.0
On Win 7 is 6.1
...
I think the CurrenVersion value can be used for the WinVersion.
Thanks to all for the hints.
