Yes, Liz, I think that fellow might require modifying a number of
Registry entries, maybe 5-10 of them!

AFAIR, the issue could arise if the total free space on a drive is 'just
over' a multiple of 4GB. Then the BDE sees only the 'just over' value,
and might bomb on an 'out-of-space' error. Eg, if the free space is
16.1GB (using decimal values!), the BDE sees 0.1GB free.
AFAIR, Rick patched one of the DLLs to overcome that 4GB issue.
