To everyone who's been waiting for me to post Tony McGuire's encryption 
ocx and my library to use it with Paradox, sorry for the wait.

I moved to Visual Studio, C# and PostgreSQL and stopped working with 
Paradox almost 8 years ago and eventually backed up all my Paradox code 
and then wiped it from my PC. Some things I didn't back up because I 
considered them obsolete/insecure and encryption was one of those. I 
can't find the .ocx nor can I find the code to actually register it, 
open it and use it.
