actually running some instances of P9 at the same time for different 
reasons, and astonishing some ldl's are used from a different instance.
(produce some failures with underlying dir access)

i wrote some ldl's e.g. win.ldl and others and use it on all instances, 
normally in :PRIV:, now it seems that Win10 load them only one time.

in the past i learned to do not close any library, because since win7 
windows make it better.
