MAIN indicates no email client open, Outlook not open.
I gave up on MAPI / Paradox a while back. Other issues, Outlook must be open,
and if you have multiple outlook profiles under same ID on a PC you can reliably
control which one “opens”, have to preset it to the profile you want.

I used several free command line email programs, but ended up creating my
own in C# / .Net sets of code and executing them.
